We work with our partners in southern Italy to run one-week painting and cookery courses for small groups. Our place of choice is Alberobello, half an hour from the sea and home to the charming trulli.

Classes are given in the cool of the morning, and in the afternoons we introduce you to some of the beautiful sites of the Puglia region.

From 23 to 29 May 2010 we will run a cookery course, taught by local chef, Peppino.
